I just purchased some videos and it keeps telling me "Sorry, we had trouble finding that file." and it wont even let me watch... does anyone have a clue?

Need more info , what are the file names? formats? verify that your download file size matches the file size of the scene listed on here. Reach out to Mess Master he will due what he can to help.

I have to second this. That looks like a file server issue rather than a connection one. MM will get you sorted. Even if your stuff were to expire, he can get them turned back on for you to retrieve.

Toss him a PM, also I'm going to "report" the thread so it shows up flagged in his in his inbox.

Yeah, he is pretty much a one man army with regards to the site. There are some mods and community helpers, but if you need something FIXED or have an issue with the site specifically, you need to go right to the source. Because of this, sometimes he's a little slow to get back because he does everything. On the flip side it lets him maintain complete control of how things are run. Less code monkeys to screw up the site!
