I just recently made a purchase on their video Crack the Code-Chloe Toy with paypal. I was told that the video download link would be sent to the associated email that is linked with my paypal. This was 5 days ago and I've sent multiple emails to Wamshorts trying to get this straightened out but I have not gotten a single reply back. It's safe to say this is the first and last time I'll be buying from this site. I'm asking to see if anyone who bought from them has run into an issue like this and wondering how they went about resolving it.
I've bought quite a few of their clips. Sometimes it takes them a couple of hours to email the video link, but it has always arrived. The guy who runs the site does post here occasionally so might be contactable, but I can't remember his username, which I appreciate isn't super helpful.
I can understand a few hours but I bought the clip 5 days ago and still haven't received anything except a confirmation from my paypal confirming the purchase. I know the guys account on here is Jamie but hasn't been online in a month.
