animated said: Is it just my ISP or has GungeMad gone. I'm getting a message saying the site does not exist.
could well be your ISP has a longer TTL (time to live) on it's DNS servers meaning changes will take longer for you to see - you could try changing your router or device's DNS servers (plenty of articles telling you how to do this)
Gungemad came up last evening with no problem, but I just checked (around 8:25pm CST) and I'm getting the message on Chrome:
"The server at www.gungemad.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network."
Everything was working well last night and I was thinking that Matt had finally resolved the problems with the host domain but today my ISP (British Telecom) states the site cannot be found. As Matt is a member of this site, I have sent a PM, asking if he can let us know what is going on.
