In this episode, Felicie has to answer questions in 45 seconds to avoid being gunged from overhead, plunged into a pool of thick disgusting looking gunk, and then gunged from overhead once again!
Spoiler alert - she fails, and ends up having to make the best of her gunging, whilst her rival Melody watches gleefully on (and tries to avoid getting splashed by a vengeful Felicie!).

I can promise it's a lot safer than it may look, we're adding some refinements for the next shoot but the whole team of four of us tested it several times prior to shooting. "No models were harmed in the making of this video!"

As above, it's way way safer than it may look and was tested rigorously.
More gunge, yep that was my fault (behind the scenes guy) as I miscalculated how much would be needed - so that is mea culpa! It's more than a couple of buckets but I agree it's way less than ideal.
Hopefully folks can still get enjoyment out of the scene, which we had loads of fun and laughs filming, and things will get even bigger and messier in 2025!

More gunge, less clothing - got it! Haha! To be fair you're a person after my own heart!
Not sure if they would ever do full-frontal but both girls own a collection of skimpy pole dance outfits - Melody wore one for the Halloween special but stayed clean, but we are definitely planning to gunge them in pole outfits next year!
Sorry, another safety nanny dropping in. I've took enough tumbles onto a grassy field to know you're only a bad roll or misjudged landing away from sore wrists/ knees, or landing pretty hard on your face.
Put an inflatable mattress/lilo under your pool- even if your testing showed it to be safe, extra padding makes things much much more comfortable for your models. (And the mattress squishes down, effectively making the gunge pool deeper)

Genuinely do appreciate the feedback on this, which I will pass on to our FX guy.
For reference - we shot two videos using the Gunge 'n' Ride that day, second of those is scheduled to be released in January - so it will look like all your suggestions have been ignored, but when we resume filming in February we will certainly be making some refinements as per your suggestions.
But yes, I can absolutely PROMISE that neither of our girls suffered any injuries of any kind filming these episodes - well, only injured pride when they ended up in the gunge!

We are literally a brand new outfit and it would be daft to think that we know everything already - I personally am a lifelong WAMmer (to give a timeframe reference, I first realised I liked it best when the girls got gunged watching the 1988 season of Crush A Grape - I remember being sooo cross that there was no gunge in the Christmas episode!!), but my interests in that field have been very "niche", so I'm really enjoying learning and talking with other creatives in the field!
