For those of you who've used the Messy Supplies gunge, how easy is it to clean out of dreadlocks? The wife and I are thinking of getting some and she's worried about getting all the mess out of her dreads afterwards.

I haven't had too much trouble getting it out of my (very long) hair after. Shower may take a little longer, and remember to bring extra shampoo/conditioner. Nothing too crazy and certainly no horror stories of flour lumps from cake batter slimings ect...

I used MessySupplies' own MS gunge- mixed rather thick as you can probably see.
My hair is long and curly (no dreads) and the gunge was only poured over the top. If you give her a gunge shampoo and massage it in I imagine you'd have a harder cleanup after.

If you're still worried- a fabric swimming cap keeps almost all of it out your hair without detracting too much from the experience. (it also keeps it out your ears too!)

Natrosol and MS vivi-xtreme also clean out pretty easy too.
