In short, a "high-ranking Greek Orthodox priest starred in kinky sex tapes with his much-younger parish-school principal and was forced to resign after the affair" was confirmed. The WAM bit: "In one scene, the bearded cleric *** watches his long-haired brunette lover plant her thong-clad bottom on a piece of banana bread wrapped in cellophane. Bouzalas, wearing stiletto heels, oddly wiggles on the loaf until it is flattened apparently a fetish known as cake crush or cake sitting. "
One may argue here about hypocrisy and such, but it is sad that some in society are so unforgiving.

It's always sad when this kind of thing brings down a public person. A few years ago a TV weather man in a market which will remain nameless was caught at 2:00 AM trespassing on someone's yard engaging in "strange fetish activity" with their motorcycle. The police chased him and found him wearing leather chaps with a large tub of vaseline. He was arrested for failing to stop and the homeowner initially thought he was trying to steal the bike. This prominent TV personality kept his job, but the public (and family) embarrassment must have been profound.
I think we all understand the irrational urges. We just have to be careful with the consequences of opening ourselves up to this kind of embarrassment.

I think it's interesting that the piece of banana bread was wrapped in cellophane. It might be cake or food crushing, but not wam, as she didn't get messy. And definitely not what *we* think of as "cake sitting"!
The Sex Tape might have been what brought him down, but it was basically an affair between a married cleric and a married woman. It should have been pretty obvious about the affair, considering the undeserved privileges that she got. No education background, but he made her principal of the church's school, changed things so she had signatory privileges on the church's funds, etc. Also, when she left the school, why did she take the desk and a filing cabinet? Were there things in there that she didn't want people to see? Didn't the furniture belong to the school? A lot of unanswered questions.
But none of them have to do with wam!
Now, if they had showed a pic of her covered in food .......

Call me crazy, but I don't really think the idea here is he was fired for participating in kinky sex. But more for cheating on his wife with another married woman, and filming it.
I guess I don't see a problem with that. If part of your job is to be a moral compass for a large number of people, are you fail to do that, you should be fired.

Illegal AND harmful (not just illegal): more justified to lose one's job than legal AND nobody's else's business, such as what Greek cleric did.
If I were a politician or held ANY job, I wouldn't give a fuck what others thought about my actions: if they're legal & they don't force anything negative upon anyone else,
I'd get a gun & a bomb & blast my way back into that position, killing/annihilating/exterminating any objects (employers, administrators, cops, judges, civilians, other atheist nihilists like me even) who stand in my way.
Freedom isn't free, & we should honor anyone who would do that. I have zero moral & zero legal obligation to honor a paid government soldier who uses force to fight for freedom - beyond the taxes I am forced to pay them. I choose to honor & respect civilians who would use guns & bombs, who does not automatically get tax money to support them.
This is why all laws should be specific to what one's political opinions are.
If you're a hypocrite anti-sex terrorist who tried to imprison or fire others for their sexual-fetish choices, then yes - you deserve to be fired for yours - & you would NOT be justified to use violent military force to preserve your job.
If you're not a hypocrite anti-sex terrorist, then yes - you would be justified killing others in order to hold the same jobs as anyone else.
