Hi fellow wammers!
I wanted to ask where to buy good cake frosting in Europe? Or alternatively, how to make it myself. I'm looking for something with good smear, heavy coating, ideally to be used in a pie later.

I've seen many videos (Links below) where ready bought frosting is used And it looks heavenly.

I've once tried making it myself with butter and icing sugar but it turned out too buttery and melted quickly.
