Love the behind the scene.. makes you realized how much work goes into the preparation.

I'm curious to know how the pit itself was build.. would actually be interrested in building a smaller home basement version of that one.

It's Martial Arts Matts on the bottom, Polystyrene Blocks for the walls and a Custom Made Heavy Duty Liner.
