I'm new to WAM and I just found out about this forums. I would love to get messy but I am not too sure what to use. I would be doing this in the bath tub so it would not need to stain and it needs to be able to wash away.
I was thinking of custard or baked beans however I am not sure about the baked beans if they are easy to get rid of.
Could anyone give me some advice with what I should go with? I would love to do with baked beans as I think the beans would make it more enjoyable but I do not know how to get rid of it all.
Depends on where you live, and how much you plan to use, plumbing standards are different in different countries.
Custard should go down most drains OK, especially if thinned with water - start the taps running before pulling the plug and then just keep an eye on it to make sure the level is going down and not up - keep a bath plunger handy to pump the drain via the plughole if necessary.
For something with solids in like beans, if your toilet flushes well and doesn't ever show any signs of blocking up, scoop the beans out of the bath in a bucket and flush down the toilet with lots of water. If you're worried they might block the toilet waste pipe, then scoop out into triple-bagged bin bags and take out to the landfill bin - be warned this will require a lot of bags to empty a full bath of beans.
How much do you plan to use - an actual bath full, or just a few cartons / cans poured on? The more you use the harder the clean up is.
