Hi, I have a question. I've been turned on by mess and filth for a long time. My experience with WAM has been limited to looking at your photos and videos here and jerking off to them. Now I'd like to try getting dirty myself--I want to feel it on my own body. Since I'm a beginner, I'd appreciate some advice on how to prepare for my first WAM session. What's the best way to start--with paint, mud, or maybe food? While you're at it, share your stories about your first time with WAM.
Just start out with something simple. Let it grow from there.
When I first started, I just bought a couple pie tins and a can of shaving cream. Two pies to my face later, I followed up with four pies to my face. Then it took off from there, and now I've delivered over 250 pies to my face.
No matter how small a start, we all start somewhere.

Start with the type of mess you love the most. If you love mud- get muddy If you love desserts- its time to raid your superstore If its gunge- you can go a long way with a hole in a bucket and some string
Really though- different messes have vastly different sensations, and ALSO different smells and tastes (yes it will get in your mouth, and thats ok- it's just a part of the experience). Smell also gets amplified too- so whatever your choice of mess is, make sure you either love [or tolerate] the smell/taste- otherwise it might turn into a total scene killer.

----- My thing is gunge, so my first time was a bottle of shower gel in the bathtub pretending it was gunge. My true first time was a single 10L pack of bright pink gunge powder, and a ladies swimsuit I picked up off amazon.
My worst time was trying custard. Turns out I really hate custard! the smell/taste was very overpowering and almost made me chuck up. Less than 30 seconds and I was in the shower of shame not even giving it time to warm up. (Really- if you don't like the smell/taste, bad idea to tip it over yourself)
