and just to add to previous comments, at 24 years old (and at any age to some extent) you might have better luck attempting to convert the regular ladies you might otherwise meet? As long as i've been participating (umm... longer than you've been alive??) LTR that begin here are quite rare.
If you are having trouble with that, then finding dating advice, dating coaches, etc might be worth considering! (they don't teach this stuff in school, MANY guys struggle with this)

Try Fetlife for finding groups of like minded people. You can also search online and on Fetlife and find kink clubs in your area that would be a great place to meet people.
Germany also has the highest concentration of dominatrices (sp?) that I've seen anywhere, and WAM/sploshing is a very fun and light hearted kink compared to most of the requests they get. It may be harder to get them to get messy themselves, although I'm sure some will be totally cool with it or do it if you pay them extra. I'm pretty sure most of them would be completely fine with getting you messy. I've personally done sessions with some dommes in Munich and Berlin who loved it. Several dommes from the UK, other European countries, and sometimes the US will also tour Europe and do sessions then. If you are reliable and establish rapport with them, some dommes may also give you a discount if you allow the sessions to be video taped so they can sell the clips (obviously this can vary a lot, though - don't go asking for discounts from everyone, especially not unless you've done a lot of sessions with them).
