Just watched FEAR STREET: 1994 on Netflix, and toward the end (approximately 1 hr 23 minutes, into a 1 hr 48 minute film) there is a surprisingly pretty solid face-plant-into-grocery-store-caking.
The actress involved is playing a high school teenager, but I did a little looking around online to make sure, and the actress is reportedly in her 20s. (Per IMDB, the three FEAR STREET films = her first major roles.)
Fair warning, it's a gory slasher movie, and the scene is surrounded by and gives way to rather graphic blood/violence. I have a strong stomach and love horror films, but if you're at all put off by FRIDAY THE 13TH-level mayhem, this may not be for you, and I'd hold out for someone to capture stills of it.
Her face goes into a rectangular sheet-cake, and they cut away for a while to other mayhem, but then when they cut back, there's a fair amount of coverage on one half of her face, plastered in cake. (She's also fighting a killer and screaming during said coverage, so, again - honestly, I wouldn't have taken the time to mention it, but for the fact that it's completely out-of-nowhere WAM and actually pretty good as far as mainstream faces-into-cakes go.)
I was pleasantly surprised by this scene, good shot going into it and a great cut back to the scene to see her pulled out of it. Half coverage, but good coverage of that.
