Probably dates back to the 1960's, in a scene from the Avengers, the lovely Emma Peel (AKA Diana Rigg) was working in or around a shoe store or designer and this guy wanted to make some custom shoes for her. Then he put her bare foot in a bowl of plaster of Paris....Even though I was a wee lad at the time my penis for some reason stuck so far up my pants I thought I was going to pop! I have searched for pictures, old video tapes, youtube globally, vimo etc.....
Anyhow, I have searched and searched and never seen that scene again, its a dumb little scene but probably the fist WAM scene I ever got aroused by (there was not much back then) so with all the knowledge and memories of this forum can anyone point me in the right direction?

She did get pied, ONE time, but she was wearing a suit of armor headpiece that totally covered her head. The scene was so ripe with possibility; several pies, several villans, including a fairly lovely lady, and Mrs. Peel in the middle of it! The lady was threatened with a pie, but nothing. And, like I said, the only pie to land on Emma was useless because of the helmet!
But what was really hot for me, was either the lady above, or someone else, was restrained in an open face "thing" that went around her head and kept her from talking, like a "Scold's Bridle". I guess I liked "bondage"-type things even then!

I remember the newer person, was her name "Tara King" or "Linda Thorson" or something, ending up in a huge container of milk, and getting thoroughly soaked!
Found it! It's from Season 4, Episode 19 titled "Quick-Quick Slow Death", and the scene is Miss Peel getting a shoe fitted for a dancing school. Didn't see it on YouTube, but there is an embedded Hulu video at imdb (sorry you'll have to sit through a couple of ads). Starts right about at the 13 minute mark:

That was in a later season. Steed's partner was Tara King, played by Emma Thorson.

The British tv channel "True Entertainment" are showing repeats at the moment, so this was on recently. Emma gets thrown onto a table laden with pies, during a fight, so her clothes getting slightly dirty. A few pies are thrown at blokes. When the baddies are defeated, she keeps her two pretty female prisoners in line by wielding a pie... unfortunately, they don't give her any trouble and so stay clean.
