This is a post to discuss this year's Eurovision Song Contest. What do you think of this year's entries? Who are/were your qualifiers from the semi-finals. If you're commenting after the final, do you think the right song one?
I think ours sounds quite good for a change! Even better if you don't look at him - hes nothing like how I imagined our singer to look like having only heard the song!
We won't do very well of course, but it's the 'taking part' rather than actually winning that counts right?

I actually think we have the best chance we've had in a long time. The song is getting a lot of praise internationally and he's done a lot of promotion work around Europe. It'd be far too optimistic to say he'll win but I think he will get us our first top 10 placement in years.
Our record for wins at EuroVision is a little better than our track record for England winning the The World Cup (1966)....and the last time an Englishman won the men's single title at Wimbledoon was 1936 which is worse than Haley's Comet (once every 76 years).
