It's been a little while since I last shared some videos and we've had a lot of uploads over the summer. So below I'd like to run through them. If you don't like animated WAM videos, that's cool. If you do then think about supporting us on Patreon at https://patreon.com/messy3d
All public videos are available on our website at https://messy3d.com and on our youtube channel at https://youtube.com/messy3d . NSFW videos are exclusive to Patreon members and I'll mention those as well during this post.
So... not in chronological order:
Nyao started a brand new show called the Kitchen Tech Show. The gadgets didn't quite put the dessert ingredients where they were supposed to go:
Next we started a new series called Unfair Funfair. Two videos have already gone live with Miyu helping out with the Pie Cannon game and Kaya in the Slimy Slot Machine.
Another video in this series is already live for Patreon members and launches on Youtube in a weeks time. In this one Violetta takes part in the Splat Shoot game.
See uploaded image.
We have had several dance videos posted recently. Here are three of them:
A NSFW dance video featuring Pyra will be posted as a Patreon exclusive video in the next couple of days. (see uploaded image).
Next up are a couple of character videos both set in muddy jungle scenes. The first features Shantae and the second Senran Kagura girls. These both had a little more focus on expanded and improved animation:
Sometimes I make videos as a test of new ideas. Usually this involves a non-animated character to make it quicker to produce. I call these ones Figurine Series videos. This video with Aqua was actually a test of the glass tubes of the new Unfair Funfair video that launches next week.
Finally we had another NSFW video posted exclusively for Patreon members that features Naomi rolling around on her bed in honey as it soaks through her clothes and makes them see-through. (See uploaded image)
You are a master at this art form! (tipping my hat, if I had one) I actually thought the image of Naomi was of a real woman until I saw the other images and remembered who you were and the amazing 'wamination' you create!
Cool stuff, although personally I prefer more photorealistic CGI models than the anime style. It kind of breaks the realism of the fantasy with anime style characters.

The audience generally seems split in a similar way between the two styles. Nearly half of my audience on youtube is in Japan where the anime style ones are much more popular. It's funny really if I post a realistic style one it gets higher views in the US, anime style it's higher in Asia.

Self taught over the last year or two. If you have a good head for digital design tools then it's not much more difficult than learning other kinds of 3D stuff.

Workflow evolves a bit and does change between projects. Generally though it is:
- 3D character design in Daz or existing characters converted through blender - Rigging through Character Creator or 3DXchange - Animation done in iClone - Exported to Cinema 4D for scene setup - Slime and mess created using RealFlow for C4D - Rendered using Octane - Edited and audio added in Premiere and After Effects
So lots of different tools really. RealFlow is the fluid simulation software though.

I actually prefer anime style characters if he uses actually anime/video game characters over generic models.
