To help clear up any confusion, my name is Bob and I am Emi's photographer and typist. Because she's a 12 inch plastic girl, she can't type, or talk, or move. But she can pose and loves to get messy. So here she is in her own words . . .
Hi UMDers. Today, I visited a bread factory, not just a bakery, but a huge industrial set up that only makes different types of bread. I wore my jogging pants which turned out to fail on me, and a cute little mermaid top under a large blue jacket. My red purse matched my shoes. I really did try to stay clean, but the temptation was too great for me. I was admiring this huge vat of dough when my purse slid off my shoulder and landed right in the vat!
If I ever needed an excuse to get into a vat of dough, this was it. Besides, it's a factory. They must have showers for their workers, right? Whipping off my jacket, I reached gingerly and retrieved my purse, but it sent me teetering off balance, until . . . I fell in! Note: Never bleach sheer, skin-tight jogging pants, cause the treads will rot and let go.
But today's post was supposed to be about the dance club tonight - the one with the corn syrup tub in the middle of the dance floor. Lisa will be here soon and we're heading over - I plan to play in the tub, but Lisa has no idea about any of it, so I plan to pull her in with me. She'll be pissed. Bob will be there taking photos, so stay tuned. Meanwhile, here are some pictures from this afternoon at the bread factory. Just let me know if you'd like to see the clean up photos.
That image where she is pulling off her jacket looks remarkably lifelike....
I'm glad you're continuing with your work it's always fun to see.
Thanks, Johnny. The 'clean' poses are much easier to do, for obvious reasons. Every time I change a position once she's messy, it's a trip to the sink to rinse my hands and then dry them before taking the next shot. Very tedious, but I think it's worth it. Thanks for your comments!
