Yep, I don't really post about the Latin shows anymore, but EEG had a decent run last year (fall of 2021) where they were doing pie games most days. As always, they skewed about 70-30 men.... But these two girls clearly seemed to enjoy getting each other, so there were some nice hits on certain days.
Don't bother with anything in 2022, looks like they eliminated pie games altogether. (Aside from some short-lived thing where it was random audience members and just the guys getting pied. )
Right now the ONLY mainstream show (Latin or others) with occasional pies is Guerreros Colombia. Extremely hit-or-miss, but once in a while you get a corker like this one:
Pies start around 1:12 and go to the end. The best bit is definitely 1:19, where two girls miss something like 8 questions in a row and pie each other after EVERY miss. Quite epic. Same thing happens at the end with two different girls, although the cameramen somehow forget how to do close-ups (or recaps) of the cute blonde each time.
