Any emulsifier can be used.
na verdade o unico emulsificante que funcionou comigo foi o Emustab (ele nomeado como emulsificante e 'estabilizante neutro para sorvetes e massas'), acho que seria interessante explicar isso a eles. Temo que seja mais complicado encontrar o mesmo produto lfora, mas as especificaes s essas. Mas eu testei outros modelos e ficou um luido.
