The "Taartgevecht" video has been on YT for a while, so you might have already seen it.
It was only recently that I've found the original show it is from. It's 9-episode Dutch comedic miniseries Bassie & Adriaan: De Diamant (which itself is 3rd miniseries in the whole Bassie & Adriaan series). The pie fight ("slagroomtaart gevecht") is in the episode 2, and can be watched here (starts at 1:30):
