Wow, how the mighty have fallen, used to be that whatever else you could say about them, no-one could dispute the build quality of Apple devices. Never been tempted by Apple, phones or computers, have had both Android and Windows phones, never heard of scrolling reducing touchscreen life before though. My first smartphone was an HTC desire that did me 4 years, only problem was shortage of memory. Had a Windows phone and two Sonys since and now on a Sony ZX Premium, no complaints. Still got my last two Sony as backups, upgraded because I could rather than due to need, wanted a higher spec camera for UMD 20 in Vegas. Really need to get all my photos of the city on-line, I took hundreds!
But yeah, Ms Patrick certainly did get spectacularly slimed, though whoever wrote that Daily Wail article mentioned upthread really needs to actually look at what they are writing about, the item she's wearing is a dress not a skirt and the gunge erupted from canon all round her on the floor, rather than falling from the ceiling. Biggest clue is that she held her award up high and it stayed clean, while she got all the mess.
That definitely is a better way to gunge people, ensures full clothes coverage all over. Wonder how difficult or expensive it would be to replicate that system for dungeon use? Only downside is the speed of it, clean to totally plastered in just a few seconds.
