Personally, I LOVE when they have socks! I'm looking for videos where models are wearing socks and rub their feet in the mess. Not as the main focus though, just as another thing. I'd like everyone else's opinion too!

I'd personally say it depends on the outfit. Some outfits I'd say almost need socks, but at the same time, I think socks would look a bit weird with some others

Barefeet, all day long

Poll needs more options. In my case, "It depends". There are scenes where being barefoot makes sense, others where having socks, or tights, works better. It also all depends on exactly the theme being gone for. Usually, you'd have shoes and socks, or hose, with a formal dress, but for Miss Abigail's "Midsummer Sacrifice" where she wore a wedding dress into the mudbanks, being barefioot went with the "sacrifical virgin" theme.

I'd imagine socks without footwear over them is probably rarer though, more of a specific fetish thing? Our people often wear sports socks with either trainers or wellies, and if wellies, will sometimes take the socked feet out of the boots to show how messy they are getting before putting them back in again, or is the OP specifically after socks-but-no-shoes-or-boots in scenes?

I'm a fan of seeing socks in general, so I voted that. They're not a must for every scene by a long shot, but I'll never object to seeing them in WAM, whether they get messy or not.

I voted barefoot, but it really depends on the outfit and the scene, as others have said. I can always go for some tights in my WAM

I can't think of any scenario where I'd prefer the model not to be in her bare feet.

I love socks, particularly in mud. But I have no enjoyment at all of white socks, which I think makes me unusual!

It depends on the feet

For the bare feet people, does it matter if the model starts off with socks on, then at some point strips them off to reveal their feet? I am 100% socks (it's my main fetish). But I always thought if socks were appropriate for the outfit, why not include them getting messy, and once ruined, give the bare feet fans their turn? Is this an obvious win/win or am I missing something with the bare feet crowd?

In my case I'm not really into messy feet. I like to see the face, hair and upper body get messy, but the feet stay clean. They're two different fetishes, basically. Ridiculously fussy, I know!

Generally prefer barefoot as it reminds me of swimwear, but I have no strong burning preference as to footwear as long as it's not a major point in the scene that isn't skippable. It's not a turn off or anything unless it takes over the scene.

It's interesting to me how the people who prefer socks (or anything else) are the ones who are commenting more, even though those of us who prefer bare feet outnumber them nearly 4 to 1 going by the poll. Though, part of me wonders how many of those are just picking the "better" of the two options...

Then again, knowing what reputation people who like bare feet have elsewhere online, I can't say I'm too shocked that some of us are shy about admitting to it!

My preference is for shoes - I love wearing boots (heeled, as further preference) and pumps, but others (even ugly shoes, sometimes!) are still preferable, and a big part of the fun for me!

Yeah, this is really interesting! For me, it's just preference and not connected to the fetish. Like, I'm generally happy to see my type of woman take a pie in the face, period. That's what I'm there for. I naturally gravitate towards certain styles and outfits and whatnot, but that's just taste, and I buy and enjoy plenty of great scenes that don't check all the preference boxes if the pies are good.

So, clearly everyone's different, and it's astonishing how ridiculously specific kinks can be. In general, though, speaking as a bare foot lover myself, I'd say that's a good compromise. In its favour - seeing socks getting ruined before coming off can be exciting, just as with other clothing. About the only argument against it that I can think of would be - I can actually get quite excited by the "inappropriateness" of bare feet with certain (particularly formal) outfits on its own, so I personally can find that exciting even before any mess starts flying. However, I'd accept that's probably not really got much to do with WAM, so isn't a view which I'd expect to have much traction on this site.
