We've refused quite a few over the years as well. Customs are not easy and if someone has such a specific demand for a custom it can be quite difficult to get right and you end up disappointing people. We've done customs several times for people in the past where the first version hasn't been quite right so we've gone out, sometimes with a different model, and had another go at it. We've also had some pretty unusual requests with customs that we have had to turn down as well.
Just like the other producers, we have turned down quite a few custom requests. But what I find amusing is the way the requests follow a similar pattern.
The initial email approach is for something fairly reasonable, a particular substance on a specific girl. So you supply a price, then receive the follow up email request for some other fetish or costume to be included. But on the third email request you get the to the real requirement "Oh and could she masturbate or use a toy".
It really is quite amusing how many times the requests have followed this pattern, it would be much simpler if people just got to point at the start. I wonder if people think that it's third time lucky with their requests.
