Hi! I'll be driving across the country in May and June. Going throughout the Midwest and Texas. Anyone want to share their best mud spots? I am looking for light brown liquid mud that you can swim in or really creamy mud. Nothing thick or dark/
I find quarries and riverbanks to be the best. Or does anyone know any cool off roading spots where it's ok to get muddy? Ideally the spots should be near water to clean up afterwards! I don't really care how private the spots are. Just want the best mud and I'll share the video on my Instagram: messedupted

I don't remember a specific spot, but a favorite for many at one time was in Chester, Illinois. I'd look at topo maps and google for ideas. I know there's a few bends in the Mississippi around that area that hold potential.
