Hi all in view of the effects of the dreaded Corona virus and the fact we are all supposed to stay home as pubs clubs and restaurants are now closed will the members on here be getting messy as producers will be hard pressed to make and release new material it would be great to see more members messy sessions on this already quiet forum

While the pub and restaurant closure means no fancy post-shoot meal for the models, production should still be OK. Small numbers of people taking sensible precautions. Though the panic buying and the resulting restrictions on bulk purchase means that after the current supplies are used up we'll not be doing any more food shoots, probably till next year, it'll be all TV gunge from now till mud season opens. However we do have several years worth of unreleased scenes already in the can so releases will continue to run on the current regular schedule. Leon posted a few days ago that the Moomin sites likewise have plenty of material in reserve.
Though I'm all in favour of more amateur or member-made content, The Fetish Couple and CinqGirlRacer being two brilliant recent examples that come to mind. The more material the wider the appeal and the better all of us will do. Although quantity buying restrictions will affect amateur producers too, no more nipping to Asda for 24 cans of custard in the middle of the night.
I've been pondering whether my solo mudding is likely to cause any problems, since I go out by myself into quiet places where the aim is not to meet anyone. It seems like that doesn't pose any obvious extra risk to me or others, and seems consistent enough with current UK guidelines. That may change if we get any further movement restrictions though.

Hmm, looking at how things are going here I may have spoken too soon! And it'll probably be getting too cold again by the time all this is passed...

Well that's us in lockdown, you can still go out to exercise once a day, I dont think they will be policing the mud flats. Just people in parks dispersing groups.

Current restrictions are initially for 3 weeks then review, and that only takes us till mid-April, and up here at least Mud Season doesn't really start till the end of May, but for the time being at least I'm assuming all production this year is now shut down. It'll be an absolute kicker if we have a blazing hot summer but can't get anywhere near the mudbanks.
We've enough scenes in the can to keep Langstonedale going for 22 months, just shy of 2 years, and Saturation Hall for 48 months, dead on 4 years. if we ever get down to only having six months worth left on a membership site we'll close it to new members, but hopefully it won't come to that. The download stores will of course be open as usual regardless.
These are unprecidented times. I hope all of us on the UMD and in our wider communities come through it OK. May hope be with us all.

If I was living right next to the estuary, maybe. But I have to drive out of my area and park in the same places that people visit to access coastal paths, nature reserves etc, which is all discouraged at the moment and the extra travel is probably unwise. Plus my borderline stalker neighbour would probably not hesitate to report me to whatever authorities if he sees me coming and going more than seems necessary! (He's done similar things before)
