Considering that most of these Central/South American shows barely have enough money for a can of shaving cream that gigantic cake was quite impressive. Unless, of course, the cake was a fake? (It looked real)

Seeing as how the entire coverage was shaving cream, I'm guessing the cake was a fake. (Unless they bought a real cake... and then replaced the frosting with shaving cream. )
