Having a fantastic holiday in Malta. It's mostly sunny and about 20-22 degrees. Pleasant, but not many takers for the outdoor pools! Every afternoon, about four, I do the Cold Water Challenge. Despite issuing several invitations, no-one has joined me yet! Will only film if absolutely no-one is around, as I would never picture others without consent. This is a first try, I will have the camera better placed it I can film tomorow! Peter
Sunday is colder, 17 degrees! Tried putting the camera close-up, but was slightly out of line! It's hard when you can't really see the screen and you've got wet hands! Never mind, more to come! Peter
Monday: the wind has dropped and it's been sunshine all day. It's 4:15 pm before the last sunbathers leave the adults pool. The sun is going down now and the light is fading! It's time to go in! Peter
Today is the last day of my holiday! Well, I can't complain; I've been here for four weeks! Still, to banish the last day blues, what better idea could there be than to do the Cold Water Challenge? Not just once, but again and again! Just have to find a quiet spot each time! After each dip I go for a quick shower, to rinse off my things, then dry and change! Each dip has to start with dry trunks and shirt! After all, the whole point is to get wet! Peter
The second Challenge of my last day. I wondered if anyone would notice me reappearing poolside in different, dry things! The pool area was fairly quiet all afternoon and the few people there were reading, lying peacefully or chatting amongst themselves. No-one seemed to play the slightest bit of attention to the continuing Cold Water Challenge!
