Were there any pies or just balloons?

The balloon segment was interminable. The Village People chewed up another 5 minutes. This was the shortest pie round in a long long time. Under 25 minutes???

Any good hits? Who won?

Yeah. Two guys from the Village People were destroyed. I think it was the Indian and Policeman.

Well, my theory was validated, at least. You have to assume that at least half the guys (maybe 75%) are gonna pie the women poorly... So the "best" weeks are invariably gonna be the ones with the longest pie rounds, and the most pies. 25 pies for the women? You're bound to get some great hits.

And the opposite is true. Spend forever on a shitty balloon game (Turns out you CAN make the balloons worse than before! Just have them take up 30 minutes of an hour-long show!), pie a few fake Village People, and that leaves time for... MAAAAYBE 8 pies total for females?

I dunno, I just kinda quickly scanned through a stream, but all I saw of value was Julia 2.0 (nice hit) and some new blonde who got CREAMED in the way that only guys normally do, and by Ugly Bieber too! Which of course meant the "aftermath" was Ugly Bieber walking away and not the just-pied girl. Damn.

Otherwise, very weird show since the pie round was SO short, and again I was just skimming it, but... No Dani? No Paloma? No Victoria? No Token?? Curly staying clean?? (He pied Ana in a way that should've been a great hit, but still kinda screwed it up, because Curly.) The guy lost and got the same terrible camerawork as when a girl loses (!!) AND they didn't even pie him well (!!!!). It's like CM is trying really hard not to make the pie round satisfying for anyone anymore.

That, or the women complained, and so they turned half the pie round into terrible balloons, and that's how it's gonna stay until the cast turns over again. Meh.

Any chance Celoso can get fired and maybe Passa ou Repassa comes back? But not half-assed this time? We're at low ebb in Brazil.

If this keeps up they should impeach the president or something!

The pie segment, not including the Village People, was approximately 17 minutes. The program weirdly ended at ten minutes to the hour. Additionally, the two long commercial breaks were gone.

Basically it's a lie when they put "Agora e Torta" on the back screen. It should be "Agora e Balloon".

Considering that most of the balloons had confetti it was incredibly lame.

I can't figure out why the producers didn't instruct the models to throw the pies ferociously considering how short the segment was going to be.

I believe Ana walked away clean. She was the captain and the girls got the final question correct. Unless I was sleeping which I may have been.

Giovanna was missing. I hope if/when she returns they make her captain. I'm curious if they'll rig it for her to lose or not. And if she loses will they get her good since they know she can handle it.

I think the regulars of the past couple months are back next week, based on some snaps I've seen. Nadia was at the taping, but I don't know if she's playing or being a captain. Just based on the timing of the snaps, I have a feeling she stayed clean, but who knows.

And yes, if Ana is captain there's a 99.9999% chance her teams miraculously "wins" no matter what. That guy was screwed from Day 1.
Also, Token was in evidence (not sure why I thought that guy ever got a week off) and Paloma was there (staying 100% clean for the first time in forever).

Shortest pie segment since the one where the girls lost terribly, so I don't even know what the reason was here....

Is Ana like the new Barbara? Seems like she always gets weak pies. The one time Ruda got her good she flipped out and he ended up losing every round after that on purpose.

We seem to be saying the same thing about this show every couple of months.

"It's gone to shit, the guys can't pie properly, it's rigged, short pie segment" etc.

But, BUT, CM always seems to generate these absolutely golden clips every now and then. We always have to put up with so much frustration to reap the rewards.

Barb gets a bad rap. She was the worst diva of several divas, that's all... But she would take a pie better than anyone.
Ana always "ducks" it and has since Day 1. Which mean she rarely gets pied well. Her wiping tends to be better than the pie, actually.

Dani's had many bouts of diva. Naty (is that right? not the girl still on, the one who left after losing as captain) would be a diva depending on the producer's whims, to the point of walking out that one week. And of course that one girl (Ana Lusia?) who wouldn't let the guys pie her face....

And yes, once the producer caved to the first girl who complained to the producer that "Token pies me too well!!" (paraphrased), it was all over for quality female pieings. Not just from Token but from most of the guys. They don't want to risk it. If you notice, Token now has to miss 50-85% of all questions (he used to be one of the smart ones), can't do the "wrap around" but once every 4 shows, and just gets COVERED when he loses with no recourse.

Although even he got weakly pied this week. Like I said, weird show.

I never viewed Dani as a diva. If you notice she'll try to pretend to run or fight back but in the end she always ends up covered. I'm guessing that's just how she plays around. I've never seen her throw a tantrum like Barbara and Ana.
Barbara would take the initial hit well but block it if went towards her hair and then borderline cry in the background for the rest of the show.

Who is Token, is that Ruda? If so, I agree they put handcuffs on him. The only female that let him do the wrap around pie was Giovanna. She's the only one that never blocks it. She definitely the best addition to the show.

I think in the first one she was actually making fun of Ana's temper tantrum earlier in the show. :53 lol
