Well, it started at 6pm, leaving a full hour for AeT (Agora e Torta). The show hasn't done that since back in the Chega Mais days.

For an episode where the guys got more pies (eh maybe even), today was pretty damn good. Actually great and on par with last week. Paloma got destoryed most. Gio took a great wrap around from now-free Token. (Gio took 3 last week, and seems like another Paloma in being ok with the pies) Dani got 4 pies at the end. Lots of pie in the hair minus diva Julia. Ana actually got a good pie.

Great show IMO.

Is there some like superstitious or conspiracy-theory reason why you guys stopped spelling out the title of the show in the weekly threads...? ('Cause I'm still reading them, so THAT didn't work.)

It probably has something to do with the show changing from "Chega Mais" to "Conexao Models," which is longer and flows less nicely. Also, I completely forgot we even used to spell it out O.o

It's kind of a subtle point, but the fact that the team captains get to decide who, on their own team, gets the pie when they get their own questions wrong is a wonderfully sadistic little touch. I love it.

Don't make me actually excited to watch this.

I went ahead and watched the RedeTV clips (actually just skipped to female pies). I forgot most of you guys really like the hair getting messy... so yeah, this one was a good show. The facial pieings were so-so but there were some really good ones and also just a LOT of pies in general. And not too many weak ones either.

Ugly Bieber is the new resident Worst Person On The Show, but we already knew that. Glad to see new Veronica finally get a strong pieing after some near misses in past weeks. New brunette finally getting it good from Token at the end was sweet vindication. Paloma suffered from bad camera angles (and I miss the days when she didn't wipe her face and the camera actually showed the women's side) but despite that, 4 good-to-great pieings is probably her best show in a long time.

They can keep it like this indefinitely, switch some girls around as always, and hell, I won't even mind if/when the guys lose. Speaking of... They're REALLY doing the "pie the loser" as an afterthought now, aren't they? I guess the spectacle of Ugly Bieber getting destroyed for minutes while Barb gloated was just a one-time thing.

This episode was great if you ask me.

The ratings for this episode stunk, 1.0, the lowest for CM2.

I have no idea why the audience declined 1/3 in one week.

They rushed through the modeling contest and trivia/singing games to start the pie segment at one minute before the top of the hour.

I hope the producers don't link the lousy ratings to the hourlong pie segment and dramatically shorten it.

I don't like Julia Cardones and I don't know why.

She looks like an absolute snob but usually doesn't act like one.

Her face, eyes and hair are beautiful.

Maybe its because she reminds me of those horrible episodes from the summer of 2015.

I wish she'd leave the program (permanently) and take Barbara with her.

While I'm rearranging the cast Marion can exit too. There's no reason for her to be in every episode. She's average looking and personalityless.

The only explanation I can formulate is that because she's motorbike dude's sister she's part of a package deal.

I'm actually a huge fan of Marion. She has great hair and has the most amazing facial expressions when it's ruined each week.

I am a huge fan of this show anyway so I'm in total agreement this one was great. My observational two cents: I noticed a couple recycled dresses. That hot skimpy purple number Veronica wore was worn (if I remember correctly) by Paloma before...and last week I saw one of the girls wearing a pale green number with fringe that I remember from before. Not a big deal, I know, but like I said, just my two cents. I generally find the girls dresses on this show to be amazing so Im certainly not complaining about it.

I'm pretty sure that Marion and Motorbike are brother and sister.

It weirds me out.

The only one making money off this show is the dry cleaner.

If you pay attention, you'll notice that most of the dresses they use each week are recycled. I guess I'm a little more aware since I spend hours editing them, but it makes sense when you think about it. Dresses aren't exactly free.

Paloma's dress was also a recycled one, as was Giovana's (it was used by Lenina Zuiani in my favorite CM scene).

yes makes absolute sense...but first time I noticed it...honestly because that pale green number I really wanted to see get trashed I forget which girl wore it the first time) and was disappointed she stayed clean. that was not the case this time!
