This was my point... Since that one anomaly show where the guys dominated the pie round (the producers were so shocked they ended the entire thing after 15 minutes!), there's now guidelines in place to ensure the guys take 2/3 of the pies or more, every show. (It helps when the hostess can pretty much throw every question towards the women.)

So as I said before, the guys basically lose every show even when they "win." But at least this new twist means we WILL see some decent female pie action during those "wins." But I'm still cynical enough to think that if Nadia or Dani aren't captains, the guys lose outright every time.

Could've swore the new girl Flavia got a question wrong, then they showed her face as to say "you wouldn't pie this face, would you?". Guy gets pie.

about 2 of 7 or 8 pies have touched the girls hair. These guys are horse shit.

4 mediocre pies and 1 decent one is what we have to show for this episode.

Nothing really memorable about this episode. Nadia's 5 pies was good, but for 5 pies it was meh. Nadia does have a nice "Why me?" look.

The girls I think got pied more, but the guys continue to be wusses on pies. Maybe 5 or 6 above average pies for the girls, but the show's staleness continues. Red headed Flavia stays clean on her first show, so insta-Diva status for her.

If the producers are gonna basically force the guys to be gentle (I mean, Token is absolutely neutered now, so you know there was some BTS stuff going on there), the pies are basically just gonna suck from here on out.

I don't see that changing anytime soon. Fortunately, there's tons of other quality Brazilian pie games on the air right now and......

For a face pie, there was one pretty good one I think it was a yellow pie, but the reaction was nice and lasted a good 5-10 seconds.

Also the addition at the end on the last 4 questions where teams get 3 or 5 points or lose 3 or 5 points based on the pie they pick seems very riggable for a female captain who wants to stay clean. "Hey producer we're down 10 points, which pie to I want, the pink one or the blue one?"

It's pretty slim pickings when a better-than-average buckets game is suddenly the gold standard.

I think it's more their website is the gold standard. Uploading every game in good quality, plus about 50 high quality pics from each episode.

I bet this is rigged as all heck. More predetermined than the matches of the WWE.

Of course it's been rigged since Day 1. They're just more blatant about it. (Cue redhead staying pie-free the whole time... Although I can see her getting it good in a different week.)

By the low standards of CM 2.0 this wasn't a bad week. You have to assume the guys are gonna mostly be shitty with delivery... and get "rewarded" for their good behavior by getting absolutely wrecked by the women. (Which means the three best pieings all went to guys, Beardy #3 and New Guy and Token, of course, who apparently has to be punished every week for his previous crimes of "pieing women well" without being allowed to pie well in return.)

But New Brunette got three good-to-great pies... Red Dress Hottie got that great yellow pie, as mentioned... Naty got a good pieing for her... And Nadia got those first three pies pretty fantastically. (Then they did the "hat pie" and the "half assed pie" because, ya know, a woman shouldn't have to take 5 REAL pies like a dude.) But yes, watching in real time... Most of the pieings had long buildup to absolute shit. One guy had TWO tries to pie Naty and failed miserably both times. Victoria got two worthless pies. Couple other worthless ones here and there I can't remember.

At this point we just need to campaign for hotter stage lights. If every single pie was gooey like they were in Week #1, the guys could actually do this weak stuff and we'd still have decent coverage. Anyway. "Stale" is the right word.

Rich....I guess thats one benefit of being dedicated to following this show - it seems you picked up a lot of Portuguese....cos I don't even know what the questions are.....but does that matter anyway...so long as you get a result.

Haha, I don't know Portuguese either! But the folks who complain about the show every week still post in English... And yes, apparently a week or two ago a guy got pied for putting an "s" at the end of his answer.

And this week, you didn't have to speak the language to see that the guy got the question right, then the new girl looked sad (big closeup on her sad eyes and a little "crying" emoji), and presto! The guy got pied anyway.

CM taped last night and tonight. Leticia looked destroyed in a IG pic, she may have got the 5 pies. Tonight looked to have two decent looking ladies as guests, so who knows. Some potential for the next few weeks. Not sure if those are the next two episodes, btw.

--The "team captain" thing is a force for good, if only because it looks like they actually WILL let the men win sometimes without too many shenanigans. In fact, I'm guessing the only sure sign of a rigged female win is gonna be Barb as captain again.

Early version of PoR was just kids, 4 per team, and pre-recorded in advance.
First adult version was a live broadcast and basic full-on mayhem. Everyone wore regular clothes. It was good and bad... Like, completely random if a particular hottie would even get more than one question. Lots of good looking women staying pie-free back then.
But the good stuff was very good... Kelly M got her best pie ever back then.

This would've been... 2014? When the format took off, they pushed the kids' games to the background and focused on adult PoR. Eventually they streamlined with 4-person teams, usually males vs. females, and the stupid vests.

The video was posted to someone's IG back in 2014. No idea where to find it now. You can't see Babi get plastered well on the official show but you can in that clip. You're welcome.

Rich: I remember that PoR end scene gang-up on the host, and thinking: I wonder if the melee will spread to the contestants..? Then bam, the hottie in the short green dress gets slapped with a pie by some guy....and she turns to face the camera as she clearly expresses her anger about being pied (wide shot, but a good wide shot)...later she laughs, but her initial response was pricelessly pissed off....I believe she was the gal who remove her fake eye-lashes before being pied during the game portion of the show.

Well, I can sympathize up to a point... as it was definitely a "surprise pie." She did NOT see that one coming. And some of the "pissed off" might've been that she was wanting her turn at pieing the host, then gets nailed, can't see anything, and by the time she wipes up, the melee is over.
So, you know, she was so close to history... and all she actually saw was blue & white icing.

Also, that hottie (Babi) is exactly the same one from the other pied pics. And she was pied before either of these as a Panicat on their broadcast. Of all the Brazilian hotties, I'd say she's cool with taking pasties to the face. Maybe not Xuxa levels of cool, but still....

I think this video is also her...strange (but sexy) way to administer a 'punishment' on a game show...but Brazil is a bit more out there than other countries (excempting Japan, of course)
