Club MPV went back online last night, and from a user perspective, seems to be working well. It will be interesting see how the bandwidth performance holds up. I may make a request to increase that later today.
I will start a separate topic regarding compensation for the downtime. But one thing I want to mention right away is that all of the folks who were set to automatically renew at the time of the failure are receiving 20 bonus tokens instead of 5. The members who renewed last night (as the system caught up) and this morning have already been awarded these 20 tokens. The rest of the members (presuming the don't set to 'Not Renew' beforehand) will also receive 20 tokens at the time the renewal occurs.
Member who signed up for one month and were impacted by the outage will receive an additional month of access.
