Recently bought some items in the sales, some of course will be treated to a WAM Session in due course.

The question I have is, got a faux leather shacket, has a lining inside it not sure if wool or something else, just curious if it's okay to do WAM in. As I'd like to get it messy, but of course when wash under the shower for example that it is fine with it. Just being cautious if anything.

I think it's fine as long as you follow the instructions on the label of the item you are washing. In my experience, too hot water is a bigger danger to a piece of clothing than any mud or gunge you throw at it.
