That will entirely depend on what it's made of. If spandex, wash in the machine at 40 degrees like any other clothes, wash with tshirts, etc. If PVC, turn inside out then wash in the machine. If latex, that needs more specialist care, thoroughly wash down with clean water while still wearing it, ideally in a shower, take it off carefully, make sure inside also well washed, and very carefully dry it - there are specialist sites dedicated to the care of latex clothing.

Thanks for the help. I have no idea of the fabric as I got it from a knock off site for dirt cheap.

If it's any kind of cloth, should usually be machine washable, just don't set hotter than 40 degrees.
PVC is a plastic surface on a lightweight fabric, very obviously plastic (though actually usually polyurethane).
Latex is rubber, same stuff inner tubes are made of but shinier, and tends to be very expensive specialist fetishwear which needs a lot of careful looking after.

It's got cloth on the inside, so maybe slightly PVC or a mix between the two.
