Hey

I'm very much a gunge fan over outdoor mud...but since a mate described a warm day at the quarry as being like 'swimming in natrasol' I am really wanting to try it this summer.

Can anyone recommend any good mud locations for getting messy that are safe & won't upset or disturb anyone (so pretty secluded I guess) - especially looking for really smooth, thick mud - I think it's often near quarries? Ideally somewhere not too far from Sheffield.

Feels like there aren't any if these places up north? Guys mesaaging about thick smooth mud it all seems to be South Coast?
