Considering the show was cancelled 3 years ago, not sure if "recent" is the right word....
Still, this was probably the last good show on American TV for regular messy bits which actually happened to FEMALES! (I feel like it was a 3-to-1 ratio easy, especially since the mom and the daughter got nailed routinely.) Naturally it was one of the few NICK shows to get cancelled after just two seasons.
Better than the HH scene, yes. BUT.... Released in 2004.... So 14 years ago, and definitely not this decade. (Or even the last 10 years!)
If we're going 2000-2009 American scenes, there are LOTS of solid choices. Alyssa Milano getting that perfect thrown cake in the face will always be a sentimental favorite for me.

The other reason you can tell that GILLIGAN clip is from 2004 is that as far as I know it's only kicking around in super lo-res copies. Imagine that sucker in 1080....
