I think she should be made to sit down on a chair which has a cake on it. Then tied up to the chair. Then she should start telling the viewers about her outfit and why she likes it so much. Then she should have water sprayed onto her to see how 'waterproof' her new rainwear outfit is. Then she should have foam/cream sprayed onto her and finally she should be given a good gunging using natrosol if you can, otherwise custard. This should be poured on her from above, as if she is in a gunge tank
Agree about being made to sit on a cake, that skirt is made for that! The latex leotard is made for filling and having it all ooze out.
I've never had the slightest interest in boots or filling them before but those transparent boots have me dreaming of them being filled to the brim and having those feet slowly pushed in so the mess come pouring over the top.

It looks like the skirt has a "modesty lining" inside? I'd suggest very carefully cutting that out of it, so the skirt becomes more transparent. How tight fitting is the leotard, is there enough give to be able to pour stuff inside it? If so, start by unzipping the PVC coat just enough to give access and then fill the leotard slowly and in stages, so that for a while you still look completely clean and dry but in fact the leotard has a good amount of gunge inside. Then, as it gets to the point where it's about to start leaking, a nice gooey cake-sitting, and while sitting in the cake, have the wellies filled. Possibly take one off, have it filled, and put back on, but have goo poured into the other one while still wearing it.
