The cakes from Costco are incredible for getting messy with, as if they were built for purpose. They do chocolate gateaux, black forest gateaux, enormous cup cakes and best of all huge sheet cakes which are super soft and gooey and available in chocolate or regular sponge. You can even stack up the sheet cakes to make multi-tier mega cakes. They are all incredible to sit on. Not the cheapest but definitely the best.
