Now, I don't know from where this is, but it appears to be some remake (not sure if of the whole movie or just this scene) of the original South Korean movie "Sex Is Zero" (2002), which has the exact same scene, see here: https://www.ixigua.com/6806596429356728835
If you speak Chinese, do you have any suggestions for good search terms? I just have to go through google translate and I have no idea what the characters mean, but there must be some that aren't exactly translatable so are totally unfindable for non Chinese speakers.
(I tried to put some examples but the forum software doesnt seem to print Chinese characters so I guess it might be impossible to answer my question lol)

Just found another 3 clips that are similar to the doctor and nurse clip. However, these take place in an office setting. Note that for the 3rd clip, instead of cake, a glass of milk is used instead (Drink thrown in the face gag).
