Has anyone on here tried to visit one of the UK China Clay pits? Surely someone has? Are there any even vaguely private locations or is it, as per the reputation of Cornwall, far too busy?
Thoughts motivated by Jayce's recent visit to what looks like a kaolin site somewhere in the US.
I did have a drive around some promising looking sites in Cornwall guided by Google Maps a few years back, but wasn't able to find a private one or one that wouldn't have involved some iffy trespassing unfortunately. I'd love to give it a go if someone finds one though.
