The best preparation is key for amazing sessions! Over the last years i had some really nice ones and i developed a checklist. I go trough it in my head every time before starting. So i thought why not share that list so other may use it for their advantage (more details below):

More details / explanations:
1. Think about what subtances may fit well together. The right amount is also important. Are you alone or multiple persons? How tall are you? Taller people need more of anything.
2. Most of the times you want a location without any people around. Hard ground surfaces are way easier to clean so dont do a session with carpet floor.
2.1. You dont want anything on your bed after the session. Matresses can get quite expensive and a good cover is cheap. Go with a simple latex sheet and tensions straps if it is to large for your bed. You dont want any bulges in your latex sheet.
2.2. Same goes for your walls. Use some painters foil if needed or get some distance between messy you and your wallpaper.
2.3. Bathtubs can get really cold on touch expecially in winter, wich can kill the mood. Heat up the room in time before the session.
2.4. E.g. if you take a mud bath there may be a pond nearby.
3. You dont want to run messy trough your room and search for a towel trust me.
4. Most subtances need warm water to get washed away after the session. Make sure warm water is available before getting messy
5. If something gets in your eyes. Especially sugar burns like hell in your eyes, so you want to get a paper towel as fast as possible if you messed up closing your eyes in time.
6. If you are blind like me without glasses get some contact lenses. This way you can actually see how messy you really are during your session wich is always a big turn on.
7. If you choose sticky subtances you may want to shave. Otherwise the mess might pull on your body hair/pubes wich is not very pleasant in my experience
8. You may not be able to eat for the next hour so dont splosh with an empty stomach. Also dont eat a huge amount or you may get dizzy.
9. Depending on the length of your session you will get thirsty. Especially when using oily/sweet subtances. I recommend water.
10. If the water doesnt flow down the drain fast you may clog it with sticky substances or if the amount was too big. Check it before you have to explain to the plumber why your tubes are filled with Nutella.
11. How are you feeling? Dont do a session while stressed or sad. You will just waste time and money. Feel better and then try again for the best experience.
12. Some subtances may have bad packaging for sploshing. Fill it in bowls for easy access during your session.
13. Looks just nicer and easier to clean.
14. Put them somewhere in reach of your location. Keep in mind that some subtances may increasy friction.
15. If you live together with someone that does not know / practice wam make sure you are alone and have enough time to get messy and clean up afterwards.
16. Nothing more frustrating if your video suddenly stops recording.
17. Especially when recording. Nothing kills the mood as fast as a call from a relative or boss.
18. Double check. Or the picures will be gone forever.
19. Would be a shame if you are pretty in the mess but you are actually invisible. The more light the better. Turn every light on.
20. Nothing more sad then a blurred picture in the best moment.
21. Select a focus in the range you will be in the most.
22. Make sure you know the boundaries your the recorded video. Exaggerate movements to check if everything is visible.
23. You did it! Now you are fully prepared for anything and you will get rewarded with an awesome session! Have fun!
