I haven't been on the messy forum in some time, as I've sort of moved to the AI group. So in keeping with that, I wanted to update my profile photo with a bit of an explanation.
Because there is a rule here that there are to be no minors in a photo, I purposely had a young woman posing with two miners. (not minors) I'm keeping this bit of humor going, but this time it is an AI-generated image where the young woman is definitely not a minor. (though the two men are miners) Confused yet?
AI is moving fast, just a year ago the photos looked fake as hell. Now, you can't tell them from real in most cases. So once again, here is a non-minor posing with two miners, and I didn't break any rules.
In this day and age there's no reason the miners can't be female. Here's one the Seventh Earl of Langstonedale's daughters, working as a colliery engine apprentice, after gaining experience with a full shift underground, at the Castle Main Colliery in Girlingthorpe, in 1893.
You're absolutely correct. Actually, I could change my story to say that there are THREE miners in my profile photo, and not one of them is a minor. The new woman looks more like a miner than the previous one did.
