Is anyone else having problems uploading Gifs? I have tried several times, and been trying for days now. All I get is this message. see below. It comes back and tells me to select pics to upload, but when I do, I get this message. Are we not allowed to post Gifs anymore??

They have to be under 10 MB or they don't get uploaded.

I make "UMD" versions of my normal GIFs at half the size to get under the 10MB limit now.

Rich is absolutely correct and I can pretty much guarantee this is what is happening (I uploaded a GIF this morning with no problems).

It was previously possible to upload such files of a virtually limitless size. For very good reasons of fairness and use of server space this was recently restricted. It's possible to reduce their size without too much loss. There are lots of GIF optimisers out there. DM me if you need any advice.

Hum, Ok. i tried a smaller Gif, but maybe it was still over the 10 MB limit. I will give that a try. thank you!!

Thanks Rich! Boy, you really have to trim those down to get them under. No 4K gifs allowed here!! It worked like a charm as long as your good with a low resolution Gif.
