Other than the small, scattered drops on the face, I don't see anything particularly 'gooey' about the liquid ...the stuff that get 'vomited' into the tubes might be, but we never really see it flowing out (perhaps mercifully)...the final pool of dark water (that they dance and 'twerk' in) appears to have the same consistency as water. Perhaps I missed something (but am reluctant to re-watch the video).
Looks like a thin methyl cellulose mixture without any colour added. The result is a clear, viscous liquid. It's been used in film and TV visual effects for years - particularly sci-fi.

I kinda figured. I'd be sooo tempted to try twerking in a thicker vat of said liquid. Also I 'm loving the look of latex in slime. omg soooooooooooooooooo many feels
