Ehi, I'm try to figure out if there are some online stores that delivery bakery stuff door to door. I know there are many in the US but unfortunately I live in Italy and (damn it's the homeland of good food) there's no online stores where to buy a good coverage pie/cake cause I'm lazy an I don't want to wander for a hundred pastry shops, where they cost a lot and products are often only made to order.

So if you know a good site where to buy great pastry who ship worldwide, let me know!!

The kind of cream pies suitable for use as props in slapstick actually exist in mainstream food culture in America (Banana cream, key lime etc) and so they can simply be purchased from a bakery or supermarket. They're not goods that will travel well for export, though, unfortunately.

In European countries and the rest of the world desserts available reflect the traditions of that particular country. So, anywhere other than the US we have to synthesise or parody these as props because virtually nobody makes versions intended for eating that we can simply buy in that are even vaguely suitable.

Best solution is to buy a stand mixer and start experimenting!
