When you buy something on her using paypal what does it say on my PayPal account as I want to be descrit and don't want something embarrassing on my bank statement or PayPal account. Any adevice is great thanks.
In PayPal, it says "epoch.com", with a category of "Business Services" On my credit card, it then says "PAYPAL *EPOCH LOVERBUN" (Edit: that was what happened in May 2019. It might have changed since then.)
If you search the forum for "loverbuns", you'll find some previous discussions about this. Some people suggest using a separate card just for this. Another option would be to transfer some money into your PayPal account in advance, then you can use the stored balance.
In the UK, there are money-laundering regulations when you buy property. In practical terms, that means that you have to send your recent bank statements to your mortgage advisor, so I can understand why people might be twitchy about potentially embarrassing names. (As a side note, MostWam use a very neutral name for their payments, which won't raise any eyebrows.)
