It all works a bit like this, Katie is given a subject and a letter by Annabelle. She then has to give two things in that category beginning with the letter. For instance, breeds of dog beginning with B a correct answer would be Beagle and Border Collie. All Katie needs to do is get 6 right within a minute to avoid the gunge. Should be easy but can she stand the pressure or will she panic? Pink and blue gunge are poised ready above her should she fail. I think it's worth pointing out though that she does rather enjoy being gunged as you will know if you have seen her previous video. It's also worth saying that her body is absolutely stunning.
