Am trying to clear some of my gunge stock from my garage as it's unlikely we will be doing any shoots for some time.
I've got a lot of 9kg tubs of powder paint which we have always used to colour the gunge. This is becoming harder to source now so might be helpful to some of you. I would ideally like £20 a tub but happy to negotiate for a larger one quantity of around £15 for 5 or more.
I've also got some 20kg / 25kg sacks for carboxy methyl cellulose. This is a weaker grade than usual but each sack would make around 40+ buckets of gunge. Looking for £60 a sack for this.
I have same Xanthan Gum; again 20kg / 25kg sacks at £150.
Collection from Rochester in Kent, happy to do a deal for larger quantities.
A lot of our earlier scenes with the Gunge Tank and Dank Tank in the studio were with Carboxy. It mixes smooth similar to Natrosol. Its the colouring that makes the difference, we always had an additive with the colouring to get a more opaque colour.
