Just out of curiosity how much planning goes into a scene like these? Do you always consider how everything will look eventually when you go to edit afterwards and does that impact the way you would setup a gag?

Hmm, sometimes.....?
Obviously a gag like the SplatGun has to have the cream "flying in" from off camera. And the bit at the end with her on the low stool is designed so the pies come flying at her, and also so she can kick her feet up and slide around on the stool. It's definitely a different look than her standing upright for sure!
But then Scene One is a little bit looser. For instance, if Bre doesn't wipe anything but just stands there doing her trademark "slow burn" (fists balled up, looking around blindly, little pouty noises), then I'll extend the gag for a bit. With the RAW I prefer to let the aftermath go on longer as I can always edit the hits tighter afterwards.
