Just curious: is Black Friday like the one day of the year that assault and battery and murder are legal in America? Are the cops told to "stand down" that day?

Which is kind of funny, since I live in America. But I have never gone shopping on Black Friday.

Somebody needs to combine Black Friday with Good Friday:
Jesus died for you on this day to bring you LOW LOW SAVINGS!!

(Of course, only a stupid shopper would think low low savings is a good thing.)

That's why I stay home on Black Friday. Most of the time the savings aren't even that good, and certainly not worth going through that to get them.

"Here you go honey. I love you so much that I murdered an old lady to save $10 on this."

What better way to prove to your wife that you love her?
