Hi guys. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good video clip editor to use, preferably one that's not too difficult for a non-techy like me. Would prefer free, but happy to pay for a better quality result. Thanks.

Not free, but assuming you're on a PC, Magix Vegas is the best in the business.

If you have experience with NLEs, it shouldn't give you too much of a hassle.

There are plenty of tutorials on YT if you need help.

Have to agree with NCH Videopad. It's free, carving, cropping and compiling is intuitive and manageable. Learning curve is minimal, codec support is substantial for anything up to 1080p.

Handbrake and MKVtools are pretty good options. Both are free.
