In my opinion the audio of a great pie hit is really important. The squish of the pie filling, the crinkle of the pie tin, the muffled cry of the women hit, all of that can make or break a good hit for me.
What pie hit, in your opinion, has the best audio?
OK...well, FAKE audio...two best cake and pie hits ever on the former Miss Denmark. Wish there had been second hits and more aftermath, but still the gold standard for me.
Well KK, you will have to be a bit more specific here: if you are taking about the audio from the pie hit ONLY, then, you have two kinds -- pushed pie and thrown pie....the second comment posted a 3 Stooges clip...which is a folly sound FX (as were all their hits) for dramatic impact....but there are plenty of thrown pie hit audio tracks that are genuine (consider Tamara Z getting several hits [from multiple angles] in her Strawberry Desert scene from my Splat!TV video, or, Tabitha's first pie hit, also thrown with force)....
Now, pushed pies don't make quite the audio impact except for the sound of the crust separating from the tin....there IS some audio usually, but a lot depends on th pushing technique (soft or hard hit, etc.)...so, please define for us your frame of reference here (dubbed audio, live audio...thrown or pushed pie, etc.)
